Divtec will replace 3d printed items if they fail under normal use by cracking or breaking within the first year of original purchase.

If a 3d printed item fails by negligence by the user during installation, Divtec will replace the 3d printed specific part with a fee and the customer will cover the cost of shipping.

Magnets, the actual magnet, may be subject for a replacement in the event of total failure by means of breakage within 3 months of original purchase. These magnets are very durable and will last a long time. Scratches will occur on these magnets with normal use but will not effect the performance. If you have concern about your magnet, please let Divtec know so we can work with you to ensure satisfaction with your product.  Please email divtecindustries@gmail.com
